Gipsy Point House

The site for this house is on a north-facing slope at the head of the Genoa River, near the east coast border of Victoria and New South Wales.

The house faces north and is organised in two parts around a central courtyard. The western side houses the living, dining and kitchen areas (elevated over a four-car garage) in a hipped-roof form, with bedroom, bathroom, laundry and courtyard to the south.

To the east of the courtyard is a large studio, which opens onto a large north terrace, with a bedroom and bathroom behind it.
